A 50-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:
Stanley Brooks was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must get a mental health evaluation for domestic assault.
Joshua H. Grissom was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated domestic assault.
Brenda Hobbs was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo anger management for domestic assault.
Emanuel Lopez was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo anger management for domestic assault. He was given five days in jail for violation of probation.
Jonathan D. Bond was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo batterer intervention for domestic assault.
Jerry Braston was ordered to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence for resisting arrest.
Alexander Miller was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of a weapon by a felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deborah Daniels was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence on house arrest and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
Kenneth Hayes was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $1,000 plus costs for possession of cocaine.
Travis Butcher was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of meth and marijuana.
Jeremy Williams was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth, resisting arrest, violating an order of protection and violation of probation.
Ashley R. Hobbs was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.
Brandy Turnbo was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bianca Chisam was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must make $200 restitution for theft.
Cody Fults was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
Amanda Wright was given an 11-29 probationary sentence. She was given 30 days for violation of probation.
Billie Stotts was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $30 restitution for theft.
Janice Martin was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting. She must serve the balance of her former sentence plus 10 days for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
Michael Colwell was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated burglary, theft and public intoxication.
Charles R. Burger was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for shoplifting. He was directed to serve 100 days for failure to appear in court and violation of probation.
Christopher Maxwell was given an 11-29 sentence which will be served along with his violation of probation on house arrest for fifth-offense driving on a suspended license, failure to appear in court, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Scott Dewey was instructed to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence for violating an order of protection and violation of probation.
James R. Isom must serve the balance of his sentence, plus 10 days, for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
Beverly McKeel was returned to adult recovery court for violation of probation.
