On Aug. 9, law enforcement officers with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, McMinnville Police Department, and the 31st Judicial District Attorney’s Office executed a series of arrest warrants in Warren County. As of Aug. 9, 23 out of the 37 subjects indicted by the Warren County grand jury have been arrested on drug related charges. The following were arrested:
• According to the warrant, on Aug. 9, Investigator Holden Baker along with other officers attempted to locate a wanted subject at 274 Kennedy St. Officers reportedly made contact with Heather Austin and Stefan Ward at the residence. Both people were on probation for narcotics charges. A search was conducted at the residence and according to the warrant, there was a small amount of a crystal-like substance suspected to be methamphetamine located in a small Citizens Tri-County bank pouch. The pouch was reportedly located in a gray bag. Investigators also found multiple cards with the name “Heather Austin” in the pouch. Austin was taken into custody without incident and charged with simple possession of methamphetamine.
• On Aug. 4, Stephanie Lashae Barrett was indicted by the grand jurors of Warren County for one count of sale of a schedule IV controlled substance, to wit: Xanax and one count of deliver of a schedule IV controlled substance, to wit: Xanax. The incident occurred on Feb. 13 according to the indictment.
• On Aug. 4, Lucas Corey Bowdoin was indicted on one count of sale of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more and one count of delivery of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. According to the indictment, this incident occurred on or around Dec. 29, 2022.
• Dennis Coonrod was indicted for the sale of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more and delivery of .5 grams or more. According to the Aug. 4 indictments, these incidents occurred on Oct. 28, 2022, Oct. 19, 2022 and Dec. 12, 2022. Coonrod was also indicted in July for the following charges: delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine, in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, sale of a schedule II controlled substance to wit: methamphetamine, in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, window tint, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest and resisting arrest.
• Tim David Delong was indicted in July for the sale of methamphetamine and delivery of methamphetamine. According to the indictments, Delong knowingly did sell and deliver methamphetamine in an amount of 0.5 grams or more on or about Feb. 28.
• Corey Ray Hill was indicted in July for delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine in an amount of 0.5 grams or more and for the sale of a schedule II controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine, in an amount of 0.5 grams or more. According to the indictments, this incident occurred on Aug. 25, 2022.
• Rebecca Danielle Hill was indicted in July and August for the sale of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more and delivery of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. According to the indictments, these incidents occurred on Jan. 9 and 13.
• Anakin Zen Hillis was indicted in July for the sale of methamphetamine and delivery of methamphetamine. According to the indictment, this incident occurred on May 3.
• The indictment for Josh Hodges was not available at time of print.
• Sethly Cole Hodges was indicted in July for sale of methamphetamine in amount of .5 grams or more and delivery of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. According to the indictments, these incidents occurred on Sept. 26, 2022 and Oct. 27, 2022.
• Marcy Ann Hollon was indicted in July for sale of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more and delivery of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. According to the indictment, these incidents occurred on Oct. 17, 2022 and Oct. 12, 2022.
• Brandy Dawn Jennings was indicted in August for sale of methamphetamine in the amount of .5 grams or more and delivery of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. According to the indictment, this incident occurred on March 14.
• Crystal Johnson was indicted in August for the sale of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more and delivery of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. According to the indictment, this incident occurred on April 3.
• Jamie Nicole Judge was indicted in August for sale of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more and delivery of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. According to the indictment, this incident occurred on Dec. 21, 2022.
• Debbie Luna was indicted in August for sale of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more and delivery of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 rams or more. According to the indictments, these incidents occurred on June 8 and May 2.
• Christopher Brent Parker was indicted in August for the following charges: sale of schedule I controlled substance, to wit: Heroin, delivery of a schedule I controlled substance, to wit: Heroin, sale of a schedule II controlled substance, to wit: Fentanyl and delivery of schedule II controlled substance, to wit: Fentanyl. According to the indictment, this occurred on Feb. 7.
• April Elaine Pendleton was indicted in July for sale of methamphetamine and delivery of methamphetamine. According to the indictment, this occurred on Jan. 24 and Feb. 6.
• Kenny Solomon was indicted in August for sale of methamphetamine in the amount of .5 grams or more and delivery of methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. According to the indictment, this occurred on May 2.
• Mark Allen Tidenberg was indicted in July for sale of methamphetamine and delivery of methamphetamine. According to the indictment, this occurred on May 8.
• Timothy Duane Thomas was indicted in July for delivery of schedule II controlled substance, to wit: Methamphetamine, in an amount of .5 grams or more and sale of a schedule II controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine, in an amount of .5 grams or more. According to the indictment, this occurred on July 15, 2022.
• Scott Allen Worthington was indicted in August for delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more and sale of a schedule II controlled substance, to wit: methamphetamine in an amount of .5 grams or more. According to the indictments, this occurred on May 4 and May 8.
• According to the warrant, Darius Wright reportedly sold approximately 28 grams of methamphetamine on July 24 in Warren County. Wright reportedly drove the methamphetamine to a drug deal. His license was also suspended at the time due to a failure to appear in Warren County, according to the warrant. Wright was charged with sale of meth, driving while in possession of meth and driving while suspended.
• Michael Anthony Wright Jr. was charged with aggravated kidnapping, robbery and aggravated assault. According to the warrant, On July 28, a call was made to the Warren County 911 center stating a male who appeared to be assaulted was at the caller’s residence which was 289 Hennessee Ave. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the residence and located the victim. The victim had a deep laceration to the back right side of his head. The victim was transported to Ascension Saint Thomas River Park hospital for his injuries. Investigator Spencer Pryor began the investigation. The victim said he was asked by Leah Alexis Harrison to go to an address on Woodlee Court. This address was identified as 243 Woodlee Court. When he arrived at the address, he was asked to come inside the basement. Once he entered the basement, he was met by Wright and Johnathan Trapp. The victim was asked to step outside. A short time later, Wright reportedly struck the victim in the back of the head with a blunt object causing him to fall on the ground.
While he was on the ground, Wright, Trapp and Harrison reportedly continued to assault him. After the assault, the victim was forced into the back seat of his Dodge Caliber. Before he entered his vehicle, his wallet and phone were reportedly taken from him.
When he was in the car, he was told he was going to be taken to 252 Cherry Lane. Trapp reportedly drove the vehicle with Harrison as the front passenger and Wright in the back seat with the victim. During the course of the drive, they reportedly stopped near Cherry Lane where the victim was able to escape from his car and go to 289 Hennessee Ave.
