Cooper named Conservationist Farmer of the Year

The Warren County Soil Conservation District has given the 2016 Warren County Conservationist Farmer of the Year Award to Annette Cooper.“Annette takes pride in being a good manager of her resources and the land she manages,” said Mike Bouldin, Warren County Soil Conservation District committee member. “It’s my pleasure to present this recognition to her.”Cooper manages about 70 acres under fence – 39 of which she completed under a project this year. She has had five Ag Enhancement Grants for hay barns, equipment, and a working shed.
