Warren County commissioners are considering a change in custom. Traditionally, the full Warren County Commission meets on the third Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. A change is being considered for January and February to the third Tuesday so as not to conflict with the federal, state and local holidays of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Presidents Day, respectively. Those days are paid holidays for government employees.The county Policy and Personnel Committee met Tuesday to consider making the modification.
