Judge Bart Stanley handed down these sentences on Monday in Circuit Court.

• Jesse Dean Cantrell was ordered to serve 48 hours and fined $50 plus court costs for public intoxication.

• Jerry Mayne Hendrixson was ordered to serve 90 days of a 2-year probation sentence, the balance on probation, at the Tennessee Department of Corrections for one count of theft of property, one count of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, two counts of domestic assault and one count of interference with emergency calls.

• Russell Alan King was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day probation sentence, the balance on probation, and have no contact with the victim for domestic assault and violation of order of protection. He was also ordered to undergo a batterer’s intervention program, complete anger management, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and fined $350 plus court costs.

• Brandon Steve Leverett was given a 4-year probation sentence and ordered to pay restitutions plus court costs for burglary, theft of property, and simple possession or casual exchange. He was also fined $150 plus court costs for two counts of driving while license was revoked and one count of driving while license was suspended.

• Joseph Roman was issued a failure to appear for assault on a first responder and resisting. His bail has been set at $5,000.

• Kenneth Wayne Rutledge was issued a failure to appear for eight counts of manufacture, deliver, sale or possession of meth with intent. His bail has been set at $25,000.

• Jessica Marie Tees was given a 6 year probation sentence and fined $50 plus court costs for TNCare fraud and theft of services. She was also ordered to pay restitutions and be unenrolled from TNCare.
