A criminal court docket heard Wednesday by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.
Included in Wednesday’s court action:
• Travis Ryan Bouldin was ordered to serve 90 days and was given a probation extension of one year for probation violation.
• Zachary W. Fish was ordered to serve 30 days of a 1 year probation sentence and was fined $50 for evading arrest with a vehicle. He was ordered to serve an additional 45 days and was fined $750 for possession or casual exchange of meth. These are to run consecutively of each other and with any other case. Fish was also fined $10 for speeding.
• Charlie James King was given a 4 year probation sentence for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. He was given two 30 day sentences and was fined $750 for two counts of possession or casual exchange of meth, totaling $1,500, and was ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment. One of these sentences is to run concurrently with the first sentence, and the other is to run consecutively. King was also ordered to serve 22 days for driving while license was revoked. This is to run consecutively of his other sentences.
• Russell Alan King was held in contempt for 10 days for outbursts in court. His next court date is set for December.
• Michael Chance Morris was given two 180 day sentences on a 3 year probation sentence and was fined $2,000 for two counts of schedule II drugs, totaling $4,000. These are to run concurrently of each other but consecutively of any other cases. Morris was also ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment.
• Trey Austin Tipton was given two 90 day sentences on an 11 month, 29 day probation sentence for two counts of domestic assault and was ordered to undergo anger management, a mental health evaluation, and an alcohol and drug assessment. These are to run concurrently. He was ordered to serve an additional 90 days of an 11-29 probation sentence for stalking. This is to run consecutively of his other sentences. Tipton was also given two 30 day sentences on an 11-29 probation sentence for theft. These are to run concurrently of each other but consecutively with his other sentences.
• Rebecca D. Wilder was ordered to serve 95 days of a 4 year probation sentence and was fined $50 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation.
• Charles R. Bean was given two 10 year probation sentences to run consecutively for two counts of attempted second degree murder.
• Justin Ryan Redmore was given two 11-29 probation sentences for two counts of child abuse, neglect or endangerment of a child 8 years or less with no injury and was ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and attend parenting class. These are to concurrently with each other. Redmore was given an additional 11-29 probation sentence and was fined $250 for simple possession or casual exchange. This is to run consecutively. He is set to be heard by a jury in January.
• Jesse Randal Fitts was given two 11-29 probation sentences and was fined $50 for two counts a second offense of driving while license was revoked. These are to run consecutively. He was also fined $10 for financial responsibility law, totaling $110.
• Christopher Corbett was given a 4 year probation sentence and was fined $75 for attempted theft. Corbett was also ordered to pay restitutions and to stay away from Brown Lee Ford.
