Several people were sentenced recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley after they failed to take advantage of their second chances. Included in probation violators:Kyle Lee Melson was ordered to serve 364 days and will be furloughed to rehab for violation of probation.Jason William Hobbs was instructed to serve 300 days and will be furloughed to adult recovery court for violation of probation.Joseph A. Tipton must serve 180 days and had his probation extended for 18 months for violation of probation.Timothy Bates was ordered to serve 210 days for violation of probation.Russell Craig Jennings was directed to serve 90 days for violation of probation.Danny A. Arnold was ordered to serve 60 days for violation of probation.Larry Wayne Morton must serve 45 days for violation of probation.Joseph Coleman Edwards had his judicial diversion set aside and was directed to serve 90 days of a four-year sentence for violation of probation.Lorrie Bynum had her judicial diversion set aside and must serve 60 days of a two-year sentence for violation of probation.Blakney Nichole Taylor had her judicial diversion set aside and must serve 90 days of a three-year sentence for violation of probation.Teri Beth Coppinger must serve 45 days and have her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Christopher Scott Hillis must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Shannon D. Hillis must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.Rickey Hice must serve the balance of his sentence but may be released if he wears an ankle monitor.
