Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley.Included in court sentences:Andrew Harmon was given an eight-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for possession of meth.Micah Trey James Hill was granted a four-year judicial diversion and must pay $2,000 plus costs for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon with intent to go armed. He must forfeit the weapon as part of his sentence. The diversion means he can have his record erased once his probation is complete.Lynette Christine Moffitt was granted a three-year judicial diversion and must make $3,883 restitution to Walmart and perform 50 hours public service work for theft over $1,000.Jerris Danny Wade was instructed to serve 180 days of an 11-29 sentence and must make restitution for burglary and theft.Laura Alene Young was ordered to serve 60 days of a four-year sentence.Misty Jana Ferrell was directed to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $550 plus costs and must perform 40 hours public service work for DUI, reckless endangerment and driving on a suspended license.Carl E. Johnson was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and pay $300 plus costs for driving on a revoked license, simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.Teri Ann Tatum was instructed to serve 21 days and pay $100 plus costs for driving without a license.
