Sentences were handed down by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.Included in court action:Joshua Andrew Biles was ordered to serve 180 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and make $850 restitution for theft.Billy Blake Bowdoin was directed to serve three years and pay $900 plus costs for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Jimmy Houston McCormick was ordered to serve 120 days of a three-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of drugs.William Steven Pleasant was directed to serve 161 days of a four-year sentence and undergo batterer intervention for aggravated assault.Lannie O. Lance was placed on probation for eight years and ordered to pay $2,000 plus costs and will be admitted to the adult recovery court for initiating the process to make meth and promoting meth.Darrell Jerome Gurley was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Troy Dale Bain was directed to serve 50 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $850 plus costs, perform 40 hours public service work, attend adult recovery court and lose driving privileges for two years for DUI.Aubrey Gannaway Sanders was given an 11-29 sentence for theft and criminal impersonation.Brenda Christine was given a one-year sentence and must make $745 restitution for theft.Sharon Sue Wright was directed to serve 127 days of a two-year sentence and must make restitution for theft.
