A long-standing Warren County Christmas tradition begins at Milner Recreation Center Friday at 10 a.m. The Warren County Arts & Crafts Fair, presented by Homeland Community Bank, will mark its 52nd year and will occur Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. both days.
