A call about a prowler ended with police arresting a jogger who had a pocket full of porn, drug paraphernalia and fake money. The suspect, Robbie Joe Kilgore, 33, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.He was arrested when police arrived on Estridge Street in West Riverside to investigate a prowler call. When patrolman Brad Hall arrived, he saw Kilgore and pulled up to talk to him.
