The third annual “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” event is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 10 from 3-9 p.m. Individuals ready to get in the swing of things are being sought.Among the new items for this year will be Dr Pepper’s Jump, Jive & Jingle Swing Dance. Come be included in what might be the largest swing dance in Tennessee with 1940s style DJ “Charlie O” scheduled for 5-9 p.m. on Court Square.“It’s drawing a lot of attention from surrounding counties and out of state,” Main Street McMinnville executive director Carla King said of the dance. A 1940s vintage vehicles motorcade will begin at 2:30 p.m., with parking around Court Square.
