Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

Brandon Dale McClure was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Jesus Fernando Padillo Martinez was ordered to serve 120 days for escape, failure to appear, driving without a license and violation of probation.

Howell Grant Prater Jr. was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for possession of meth and carrying a prohibited weapon. He must pay a $750 fine.

Jonathan B. Myers was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth. He was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased from his record if he gets in no further trouble.

Justin L. Stoddard was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Jon Paul Blankenship was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence for aggravated criminal trespass, domestic assault and violation of probation. He must make $423 restitution and enter the batterer prevention program.

Willis Brown was released on time served and allowed to enter the TN Rocs program for domestic assault.

Ryan Nathaniel Jones was ordered to serve 25 days of an 11-29 sentence for assault and disorderly conduct.

Regina Mooneyham was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence for possession a substance or device to falsify a drug test.

Casey Ray Ross was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting, simple possession, theft, and violation of probation.

Vondale Eugene Solomon was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence for violating an order of protection. He was warned to stay away from the victim.

Marilyn Elaine Strayn was ordered to serve 48 hours for criminal trespass.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Carri Ann Connolly (45 days), Clint Richard Cantrell (revoked to serve), Joni M. Gray (60 days), Jason McKeon (90 days), Brian Cayden McKnight (55 days), Kelli Deann Smartt (revoked to serve), Ryan A. Travers (revoked to serve), Virgil W. Ferrell (90 days), Lorenzo Romell Brown (revoked to serve) and Jeffery E. Dawes (60 days).
