A 28-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:• Jamichael Mark was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and simple possession of marijuana.• Charlie King was given a six-month sentence and must pay $342 for criminal impersonation and violation of probation.• Austella Davis was issued an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and must attend anger management classes, and make $500 restitution for vandalism. She was also given 48 hours in jail for failure to appear in court.• Tasha Spurlock was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $417 and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Marissa Underwood and Phillip Underwood were issued 11-29 probationary sentences and must pay $337, and perform 24 hours public service work for shoplifting.• Franny Ordonez was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and pay $436 for shoplifting and failure to appear in court.
