General Sessions: Trial Court

A 24-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in trial court action:
• Rickey Martin Jr., was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs and public intoxication.
• Tyler Ramsey was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 30 hours public service work for simple assault.
• Charles Apple was bound to the grand jury on charges of delivery of drugs and driving on a suspended license.
• Randy Ross was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $250 plus costs for possession of drugs.
• Billie Perrigan was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs.
• Charles Merriman Jr., was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated domestic assault and resisting arrest.
• David Beard was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and attend the battered intervention program for domestic assault.
• Zackary Flanagan was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for simple assault.
• Christina S. King was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo anger management and perform 16 hours public service work for domestic assault.
• Joy Anne Lee was bound to the grand jury on the charge of grand theft.
• Zackhary Dixon was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft and aggravated burglary.
• Matthew McCoy Jr., was bound to the grand jury on the charge of shoplifting.
• Rickey C. Willis Jr., must serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.
• Arnold Avans must serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.

Clarification
• The James Madewell on the docket is not the son of Leonard and Nadine Madewell.
