General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 33-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Martha N. Rodriquez was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $463 and perform 25 hours public service work for shoplifting.• Johnny Ramos was instructed to serve seven days of a six-month sentence, perform 25 hours public service work, and make restitution for driving on a suspended license, failure to appear in court and no proof of insurance.• Charles A. Crawford was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $274 for driving on a suspended license.• Genay L. Keener must pay $195 for littering.• Ashley D. Golden must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.• Vickey Judkins must serve 40 days for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.• Harold W. Wolfenbarger must serve 30 days for violation of probation. His probation was increased by one year.• Justin F. Wilson must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of his judicial diversion.• Charles B. Vanatta must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Lee Suydam must serve 10 days for violation of probation.
