General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 33-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:
• Martha N. Rodriquez was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $463 and perform 25 hours public service work for shoplifting.
• Johnny Ramos was instructed to serve seven days of a six-month sentence, perform 25 hours public service work, and make restitution for driving on a suspended license, failure to appear in court and no proof of insurance.
• Charles A. Crawford was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $274 for driving on a suspended license.
• Genay L. Keener must pay $195 for littering.
• Ashley D. Golden must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
• Vickey Judkins must serve 40 days for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
• Harold W. Wolfenbarger must serve 30 days for violation of probation. His probation was increased by one year.
• Justin F. Wilson must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of his judicial diversion.
• Charles B. Vanatta must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Lee Suydam must serve 10 days for violation of probation.
