A 23-person docket was heard Thursday afternoon in General Sessions Trial Court by Judge Bill Locke. Included in the afternoon session:
• Bobby Harmon was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,850 plus costs and lose his driver license for six years for third-offense DUI and possession of marijuana.
• Rafael Medellin was bound to the grand jury on charges of seventh-offense DUI, fifth-offense driving on a revoked license, fourth-offense violation of habitual traffic offender status, violation of implied consent, driving without insurance and failure to maintain lane.
• Joseph Bratcher was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,000 plus costs, perform 12 hours public service work and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
• Michael Goralski was directed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work, lose his driver license for one year and forfeit his weapon for DUI and possession of a handgun while under the influence.
• Angel Arias was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana.
• Travis Hawkins was instructed to serve 14 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for third-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Randal Hillis was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driving privileges for one year for DUI.
• Corey Kirby was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driving privileges for one year for DUI and possession of drugs.
• Daniel Lance was given an 11-29 probationary sentence, ordered to pay $750 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs.
• Amy Lawson was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated burglary and theft.
• Thomas Young must pay $10 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident.
• Wyatt Ferrell was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for underage DUI and evading arrest.
• Jonathan Burton, Jessie Pinegar and Brittany Shockley must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
