A 41-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Derek Emler was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and perform 24 hours public service work for shoplifting. He must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.• Aaron Smith was directed to serve 30 days and perform 24 hours public service work for criminal trespass and theft.
