A 51-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. There was no afternoon session. Included in arraignment court:• John Sewell was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $1,000 plus costs for possession of drugs.
