A 19-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.Included in court action:Jennifer Hendrixson waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound to the grand jury on charges of criminal simulation, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of meth. She is charged after lawmen raided her home and found her in the process of counterfeiting currency.Luis Hernandez waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound to the grand jury on charges of criminal simulation, forgery, and identity theft. He is charged for presenting a fake Social Security card to maintain employment at a local factory.Amy Lawson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft and 11 counts of forgery.Crystal Lee was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, drugs and drug paraphernalia.Jay Link was directed to serve 30 days, extend his probation by six months, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.Jacob Damon must serve two days for violation of probation.Gregory Bray was released on time served and must go for a mental evaluation for violation of probation.Jeremy Brown was directed to serve two days, have his probation extended by six months and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for violation of probation.Leslie Farless was ordered to serve 90 days for violation of probation.Clara Garrett was directed to serve 60 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
