The University of Tennessee at Martin is announcing academic accolades for the fall 2014 semester.
Among the honors, McMinnville resident Dana Grissom received a graduate degree during the recent fall commencement held at Kathleen and Tom Elam Center on the UT-Martin campus.
At achieving recognition at UT-Martin is McMinnville resident Steven E. Hubbard, who was named to the chancellor’s honor roll with honors. Hubbard accomplished this by having a GPA between 3.2 and 3.49.
UT Martin is a comprehensive public university that maintains an excellent reputation for its high quality undergraduate programs, its beautiful campus and caring professors.

Union University Dean’s list

There were 460 students named to the Union University dean’s list for the fall 2014 semester.

The dean’s list includes full-time students who achieve at least a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Among students making the dean’s list is Morrison resident Makailah Bleedner.

Founded in 1823 and affiliated with the Tennessee Baptist Convention, Union University is characterized by quality Christ-centered teaching and learning. About 4,000 students are currently enrolled.
