Circuit Court: Probation Violators

Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley handed down sentences recently against offenders who failed to take advantage of their second chances. Included in probation violators:• Toby Crawford must serve 90 days and had his probation extended by six months for violating his probation for driving on a revoked license.• Lois Ann Cunningham was directed to serve 10 days for violating her probation for delivery of drugs.• David J. Galaz must serve 120 days for violating his probation for third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Tyla Kay Lanier Grissom was given 262 days, time served, for violating her probation for promoting the manufacture of meth and shoplifting.• Thomas Bradley Hildreth must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for aggravated assault.• Frankie Kelson was ordered to serve 120 days for violating probation for delivery of drugs.• Randy A. Kester must serve 180 days for violating his probation for delivery of drugs.• Larry James Layne was directed to serve 120 days for violating his probation for delivery of drugs.• Lonnie R. Richardson must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Timothy Wayne Rogers must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for initiating the process to manufacture meth, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Marcus Boyd Tanner must serve 90 days for violating his probation for burglary and aggravated burglary.• Jeffery Allen Ward was released on time served for violating his probation for possession of drugs and DUI.
