Sentences were handed down recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against defendants who failed to take advantage of their second chances. Included in probation violators:• Sam W. Wooten was ordered to serve 180 days for violating his probation for delivery of drugs.• Jamie Jennings was ordered to serve 120 days for violating probation for initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Krista Dodd must serve 90 days for violating her probation for delivery of drugs.• Tony Eugene Moore was directed to serve 90 days for violating his probation for promoting the manufacture of meth.• Lucas W. Hedgecoth was instructed to serve 90 days and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violating his probation for burglary, forgery and grand theft.• Shawn Edward Martin was ordered to serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for reckless endangerment and DUI.• Randy Glen Ross must serve 60 days for violating his probation for evading arrest, and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Andrew Mason Bond must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jeri Nicole Beckham must serve six months in jail for violating probation for passing worthless checks.• Toby Crawford must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation for driving on a suspended license.• Joe Don Barrett was ordered to serve 10 days for violating his probation for DUI by permission.• Jennifer Majors Caldwell had her probation extended by six months for violating her probation for second-offense DUI.
