Centertown student maps way to state Geography Bee

Centertown School eighth-grader Levi Wilson has traveled around the globe, which may be one reason it was easy for him to find his way to the recent state Geography Bee.“I do like history,” said Wilson. “My dad is U.S. Army retired so I’ve traveled around the world. Traveling helped me with a lot of the questions, as well as taking geography and history.”To reach the state bee, Wilson took a preliminary geography test in the fall along with all seventh- and eighth-graders in Centertown’s History Club.
