BABY DEATH GERMANTOWN, Tenn. — A Germantown woman suspected of passing out on top of her 5-month-old son and smothering him is charged with criminally negligent homicide. According to police and court records reported in The Commercial Appeal, the child's grandmother called police Wednesday after finding Lori Lewis on top of the baby.
