Moore goes down with injury during Lady Pioneer victory

Like the weather outside, it was a temperate start for the Lady Pioneers who played host to Cannon County’s Lady Lions on Tuesday night.Leading by one point, 9-8, after the first quarter of play, Warren County would take the lead and slowly pull away, defeating Cannon County 47-30.It was a tough night for the Lady Pioneers nonetheless as they lost Rylan Moore to injury in the third quarter which led to a five-minute warm up session before game play resumed. Moore just returned from injury and is integral to the team as a senior and leader, as well as a ballplayer. Moore would not return to play, but the Lady Pioneers rallied for her and stepped up instead of letting down.Warren County last met Cannon County on Nov. 22 where they saw their lead dwindle and then disappear dropping the matchup, 59-48.“Rylan is the heart of our team.
