Jumping to a quick lead Monday night, the Boyd Christian High School Lady Broncos almost doubled the score of Franklin Christian Academy taking home a 62-37 road win.Up 36-17 at the half, Lady Bronco Morgan DeWeese led the offense with a game-high 19 points. Following close behind with double doubles was Rhiannon Hoover who scored 18 and garnered 11 rebounds.Franklin Christian’s Lauren Roberson was the only Lady Falcon to go into double digits with 15 points, as the Lady Bronco defense held down the scoring in all four quarters.Boyd Christian also dominated from the charity stripe going 8-of-13, or 62 percent, while Franklin Christian couldn’t convert on any of the three attempts from the foul line they were given.Also scoring for the Lady Broncos were Erin Cantrell with 12 points, Stephanie Mullins 6, Emma Rhoton 4 and Morgan Young with 3 points.
