Centertown Warriors buck Broncos, 24-11

Centertown’s Warriors hosted Boyd Christian School’s Broncos on Thursday night in 5-6 grade basketball action winning, 24-11.
A breakout first half for the Warriors was key in defeating Boyd’s Broncos as they took a commanding 20-3 lead at the half.
The Broncos tried to respond in the second half but only posted eight more points on the board.
Scoring for the Centertown Warrior boys team were Aiden Miller with 6 points, Baler Melton and Tyler Adams both had 4, Ashton Griffith, Ethan Roach, Moore Young, and John Prater all had 2 points each.
Adding points to the Broncos sum were Gage Harris with 6 points, Nathan Turner had 3, and Jordan Perry rounded out the field with two points.
