Wilma Hazel Smartt, 73, died at her home, Friday, March 16. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Altamont Ward. She was born in Altamont on Oct. 21, 1938 to Stanley E. Sr., and Elsie Fults Campbell, who preceded her in death along with her brothers, Stanley, Jackie and Jimmy Campbell; son-in-law, John Lind; and sisters-in-law, Christine and Ilene Campbell.
