Wiley Foutch, 82, died July 16, 2014 at his residence in McMinnville following an illness of four weeks.
He was a self-employed welder and son of the late Quimbie Albert and Mary Alice Cronk Foutch. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Samuel “Sambo” Foutch and two brothers, Gerald and Bobby Foutch.
Mr. Foutch is survived by his companion of 30 years, Linda Gilley of McMinnville; children, Patricia (Doug) Pack of Rock Island, James “Buddy” (Terri) Foutch, Michael F. Foutch, Quimbie (Lynn) Foutch, all of McMinnville, and Basil D. Foutch (Drenda Murphy) of Smithville; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; companion’s children, Paul (Jenene) Baker of Manchester, Mike (Debbie) St. John, Winchester, and Debbie Fults (Robert Young) of McMinnville; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Billy (Marie) Foutch and Joe Foutch of McMinnville. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 19 in High’s Chapel with Drew Milligan and William McCormick to officiate. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday until time of service at High’s.
