Wiley Foutch, 82, died July 16, 2014 at his residence in McMinnville following an illness of four weeks. He was a self-employed welder and son of the late Quimbie Albert and Mary Alice Cronk Foutch. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Samuel “Sambo” Foutch and two brothers, Gerald and Bobby Foutch.
