McMinnville resident and Warren County native Wavie Lillian Panter Stacy, 99, was born April 27, 1912 and died May 16 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro following a brief illness. A retired nursery worker and member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Marion and Myrtle Christian Panter. She was married to Richard H. Stacy, who preceded her in death.
