Tommy Euel Johnson, 71

McMinnville resident and Manchester native Tommy Euel Johnson, 71, died Oct. 3 at his home after an extended illness.A security enforcement officer with Davis Security Company and a member of the Baptist Church, he served his country in the U.S. Navy.The son of the late Tom and Velma Grace Fults Hobbs, he was preceded in death by brothers, Utah Calvin Johnson and Tony Allen Johnson.He is survived by daughter, Tonya Stoner of Palmer; grandchildren, Elonia James of Gruetli-Laager and Nateka Willams-Coppock of Gruetli-Laager; four great-grandchildren; former wife, Mabel Ruth Johnson of McMinnville, and several nieces and nephews.Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Wesley Chapel Methodist Church with Johnnie Hobbs officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the church.
