Rock Island resident and Atlanta, Ga., native Sharon Ann Hillis, 71, was born June 28, 1946 and died May 29 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. She was retired from Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the owner/ operator of Hillis Grocery, and the daughter of the late James Arthur and Francis Louise Sewell Cohran. She was married to Euwel Dwain Hillis, who preceded her in death on May 6, 2013.
