Ruby Jo Grogan Swoape, 85, of Sparta died Thursday morning, Nov. 30, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Swoape was born Feb. 28, 1932 in Birmingham, Ala., to the late Thomas and Christine Jones Grogan. She retired from Mallory after 27 years of employment and was a homemaker.
