Ricky Harlin Ross, 58, a McMinnville resident and native, was born Sept. 18, 1960 and passed away Sept, 6 at his residence following a sudden illness.

He was a truck driver with Goolsby’s and son of the late Harlin Bobby “H.B.” and Joyce McGregor Ross. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by aunt Ada Lois Russell.

Mr. Ross is survived by two daughters Shanee (Branden) Wright and Chasity (Sara Smith) Ross, both of Knoxville, two grandchildren Braylen Wright and Chayten Wright, both of Knoxville, two step-grandchildren Blake Smith and Makenna Smith, both of Knoxville, brother Randy Ross of McMinnville; nephew Joshua Ross of McMinnville, uncles Larry (Tami) Ross and Jimmy (Pat) Ross, both of McMinnville, aunt Anita Ross of McMinnville, cousins Gina Redmon, Christy Ross, Cindy Vining and John Ross, and dear friend Pamela Davis.

There will be a gathering of family and friends Saturday, Sept. 14, from 2 to 4 p.m. at High’s Parlor. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
