Rachel Haven Higgins, the infant daughter of Casey and Rachel Zahn Higgins of McMinnville, died March 9 at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Nevaeh and Brooklyn Zahn, both of McMinnville; brother, Braelyn Thomas Zahn of McMinnville; maternal grandparents, Paul and Carolyn Zahn of McMinnville; paternal grandparents, Chris and Jessica Higgins of Smithville; uncle, Jason Zahn and wife Tarraa of McMinnville; and aunt, Darcy Lyle of McMinnville. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Ernest and Daisy Bailey and Roy and Vera Zahn Sr.; and uncle Thomas Zahn.
