Penny Dale Gunter, 56, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, died Feb. 11 at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. She was a homemaker, member of First Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic Faith, and daughter of the late Willard and Hazel King Rutledge. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Charlotte Rutledge and Renee Rutledge and brother, Johnny Tellus Rutledge.
