McMinnville resident and Fayetteville native Pearlie Louise King Harper, 83, was born April 14, 1932 and died Jan. 30 at her residence following an extended illness. Retired from Carrier Air Conditioning Company and a member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Green King. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sons, Ricky, Junior and George Melson; grandson, Doug Nelson; two great-grandchildren, Justin King and Tyler Fisher; four sisters, Mary King, Susie Franklin, Evia Bryant and Lenore Smith; and brother, Roy King.
