Pearl “Billie” Rigsby Laws, age 91, a McMinnville resident and Sheffield, Ala., native was born June 9, 1926 and died July 23 in NHC Healthcare of McMinnville following an extended illness. She was a homemaker, member of Oakland Church of Christ and daughter of the late Ernest and Martha Duncan Rigsby. Mrs. Laws was married February 27, 1945 to Ernest Marshall Laws who preceded her in death December 19, 2016.
