Mrs. Naomi Spurlock Seagle, 88, of Nashville died Friday, Oct. 4, at Lakeshore Heartland Nursing Home.
She was born Feb. 24, 1931, in McMinnville, was a graduate of Watkins University School of Business, retired as vice president of the banking servicing department at Dobson & Johnson Real Estate Mortgage Bankers and previously worked with Phoenix Mutual Mortgage Company. Mrs. Seagle was preceded in death by her mother Maude Spurlock, husband Bernard Ray Seagle, Sr., uncle and father figure Robert T. Spurlock, sons Paul F. Seagle and James Curtis Seagle, and son-in-law Michael Olschofka.
Survivors include children Bernard Ray Seagle Jr. and wife Ruthie, Janet R. Olschofka, Karen L. Oller and husband Errol L., and Naomi G. Garcia and husband Lupe, 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was Tuesday, Oct. 8, at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Charles Williams officiated. Interment followed at Fuston Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.mcminnvillefueralhome.com.
