Mildred Doris Beard, 76, of McMinnville died Sunday at NHC Health Care Center in McMinnville. She was born July 14, 1939 in Warren County and was a retired bank teller with First National Bank and a member of New Bildad Primitive Baptist Church. Ms. Beard was preceded in death by parents Charlie and Birdie Young West and a brother Everett West.Survivors include her sons Terry Beard and Steve Beard; grandchildren, Brandon Beard, Jamie (Nathan) Thomas and David Beard; four great-grandchildren, Kayden Coates, Baylor Beard, Jackson Thomas, and Lincoln Thomas, brothers Clyde (Ruth) West, Wilburn (Frances) West; sister, Evon (Jimmy) Davis, sister-in-law Hazel West; former daughter-in-law Liz Beard; special friend, Emma Casey; four nieces, and two nephews.Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel.
