Doyle resident and Van Buren County native Mary Ruth Dodson, 72, died April 21 at her home.A retired supervisor with the Garment Company and a member of Friendship the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Adger L. and Connie L. Lawson Sullivan and was preceded in death by her husband, William Frank Dodson; son, Ronnie William Dodson and brother, Donnie Sullivan.She is survived by children and spouses, Danny and Karen Dodson of Spencer; Terry Dodson , Kathy and Glenn Bickford, John and Julie Dodson, all of Bone Cave; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; brother, A.C. Sullivan of Cookeville; sisters, Evelyn Summerland of McMinnville, Gwyn Youngblood of Bone Cave, and Diane Gramaldi of Las Vegas.Services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at High’s Chapel with Steve Breedlove officiating. Burial will follow at Beech Cove Cemetery in Van Buren County.
