Mary Frances Goode, 67

Morrison resident and Van Buren County native Mary Frances Goode, 67, was born March 1, 1946 and died Sept. 18 at her residence following a brief illness.
Retired from Dunn Steel where she was a press operator and a member of Welchland Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Amanda Lorene Simmons Kerr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Bill and James Kerr; and sister, Judy Sullivan.
She was married Sept. 10, 1964 to David William Goode of Morrison. In addition to her husband, she is survived by five children and their spouses, Mary Ann Pendergraph of McMinnville, Cindy and Billy Brown of Cookeville, David Goode of Braidwood, Ill., Penny and Larry Kowalke of Buffalo Grove, Ill., and Johnny and Patricia Goode of McMinnville; 13 grandchildren, Amanda, Joshua, Trevor, Tony, Ashley, Dillion, David Michael, Heath, Emily, Ryan, Jessica, William and Olivia; 10 great-grandchildren, Devin, Ivy, Ben, Lakelynn, Riley, Kayleigh, Maddie, Emma, Elijah and Daniel; brother, Ray Kerr of Tullahoma; and five sisters, Marilyn Harris of Cookeville, Katherine Frady of Crossville, Shirley Filo of Sparta, Betty Sullivan of Georgia, and Ruth Dodson of Hickman.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at High’s Chapel with Johnny Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, and from 10 a.m. until the time of service Sunday at High’s.
