Mrs. Mary Ellen Ferrell, 88, passed away Monday, Sept. 11, 2023, at the home of her daughter in McMinnville. She was born in Beersheba Springs on Aug. 14, 1935, to Joe Carpenter Tate and Ethel Gross Tate who preceded her in death along with her husband, Troy Ferrell; son, Darrell Lee Tate Scott; brothers, Hershel Leon Tate, Joe B.
