Linda F. Swafford, 70, of Sparta died Sunday, April 17, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.She was born Tuesday, Oct. 23, 1945 in McMinnville to the late John B. and Emma Keathley Hobbs. She was a member of Baptist Church and worked as a waitress and a cook in the restaurant business. Surviving are her sons, Joe Wolf of West Des Moines Iowa, Caleb Wolf of McMinnville, Harold Elkins of Sparta, and James Elkins of Dickson; daughters, Bert R. Woodham of McMinnville and Diane Elkins of Morrison; brother Lawrance Glenn of McMinnville.
