Lawrence Steven Alexander, 57, of McMinnville passed away July 21.
He was preceded in death by father Lawrence Norbourne Alexander; mother Margaret Ann Garrett Alexander; sister Donna Lea Alexander; and countless animals who had more love than they knew what to do with.
He is survived by his wife, Tamara Gayle Alexander; children Brandi (Heather) Fregoe, Nathaniel Alexander, Brittany Fults, Olivia Rosenboom, and Harley Alexander; brother Justin (Angela) Alexander; grandchildren Saylor Fults; grandpups, Cooper, Jonas, Peanut, and Oreo, and grandkitten Milton.
He was a hardworking, fiercely loving, and a fun-having fella who drank way too much Bud Light, but would share it with anyone. He frequently argued politics but would listen to anyone who proved themselves worthy. He loved music, good conversation, and beach trips with his wife. He knew how to fix nearly anything and taught his children the importance of believing in who they are and pursuing their dreams.
A memorial service was Tuesday, July 24, at High Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the ASPCA, American Cancer Society or American Alzheimer’s of Tennessee all c/o High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
