Morrison resident and Coffee County native Laura Ann McAfee, 102, was born June 9, 1908 and died April 17 at River Park Hospital following a brief illness.A retired grocery store owner and member of Morrison Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late John Wesley and Zora Ann Dodd McMahan. She was married to Everett Earl McAfee, who preceded her in death March 11, 1994. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, James Earl and Doyle Thomas McAfee; two brothers, Lloyd and Walter McMahan; and three sisters, Myrtle Bailey, Connie Prater and Viola Ramsey.
