Kenneth Michael Whiteaker, 67, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born Oct. 10, 1951 and passed away suddenly Oct. 8.

He was a member of Shellsford Baptist Church and the son of the late John Harris and Joyce LaVerne Holland Whiteaker.

Mr. Whiteaker is survived by nieces, Amanda Joyce Crouchman of Murfreesboro and Samantha Beth Brock of McMinnville, three great nieces; uncles and aunts, Ronald and Katherine Holland of McMinnville, Donald Holland of Eagleville, and Earl and Ruth Holland of LaVergne, and several cousins.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, at High’s Chapel with Hank Catey officiating. Burial will follow at Shellsford Cemetery in McMinnville. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. Sunday at High’s. Online condolences can be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
