Rock Island resident and Cummingsville native Kenneth Hugh Hodges Sr., 77, was born April 11, 1938 and died March 17 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center following a four-month illness. Retired from Tennessee Metal Fabricating Corporation and a United States Navy veteran, he was the son of the late Allison Clarence and Clata Savage Hodges. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Murphy Hodges.
