Mrs. Judith (Judy) Kemp Underhill, 75, of Fairfax, Va., formerly of Cookeville, died Thursday, March 1, peacefully at home in the presence of family after a long illness. She was born May 17, 1942 in New York, N.Y., to the late Edward Kenneth Kemp Sr. and Helen Kosunen Kemp.
